I am using Umingle from Ames, Iowa, USA, and I have not made any purchases or paid subscriptions on this account, but I still value my account and my access to the service. I request that my account be reviewed, that I be given a clear way to verify my age, and that my ban be lifted if no actual violation is found. I also ask that you provide a visible and accessible support channel for users who are wrongly banned so that such issues can be resolved fairly and quickly. In addition, I believe the current option to report users as underage is poorly designed and leads to many false reports based only on appearance. In practice, it seems that actual minors often remain on the platform while adults who simply look young are targeted, which makes the system unreliable and unfair.
