Samsung Charged Me for Dishwasher Door Repair but I Fixed It Myself without Help

Dear Samsung,
I bought a Samsung dishwasher from Istanbul, Türkiye. The door lock of my dishwasher was broken, and the door wouldn't close. I requested support from the authorized service, and they came and confirmed that the door lock was indeed broken. However, they said that in addition to replacing the lock, I also had to buy sheet metal for the door cover, and they quoted a total fee of ₺5500. I've never heard of such a ridiculous thing. Why would I need to replace the sheet metal for a plastic door lock? If that’s the case, why not just replace the entire door?
The service team charged me ₺550 without fixing anything. After they left, I opened the door, removed the lock, and discovered that it wasn’t even broken. The spring was missing, so I immediately fixed it myself and repaired the machine. I am the one who diagnosed the problem, I am the one who fixed it, and yet the authorized service charged me for nothing.
I want a refund for the service fee. Additionally, I've been dissatisfied with the dishwasher since the day I bought it—it doesn’t wash properly, and I believe it was sold as a defective product. This is not the standard I expect from Samsung.
