Wchapp Charged Hidden Subscription After App Download

I am filing a complaint regarding unauthorized charges from the service WCHAPP.COM-PGDX. I did not subscribe to any paid service, I only downloaded an application for 0.99 USD, and about half an hour after installing it, 5 USD was withdrawn from my bank card as a subscription payment without my consent. The first unauthorized withdrawal took place on 23.04.2026 for the amount of 5 USD. I never registered on this site or knowingly agreed to any recurring charges, so I consider this withdrawal to be unauthorized. I contacted my bank, and they tried to resolve the problem, but the issue has not been properly settled. I ask for a full refund of the 5 USD that was withdrawn without my consent and for the blocking of any further charges or subscriptions related to WCHAPP.COM-PGDX to my card.
