Samsung Galaxy Flip 4 Folding Phone Malfunctioning

I went to the service because my Samsung Galaxy Flip 4 folding phone, which I bought a short time ago, did not turn on. The mechanism malfunctioned because it was a folding phone. Although the service is guaranteed by Gurun, they asked me for a fee of 8,000 TL. As a reason, they showed a few small glue stains on my screen 2 months ago. They said that the screen is damaged, so the replacement of the mechanism will be out of warranty. In order for the mechanism to change, the screen had to be changed as well. I don't have a problem with the documents, and when I said why are you connecting these two, I got the answer that there is nothing to be done. I do not recommend anyone to buy this phone, tomorrow everyone will have the same mechanical problem and they will ask you for the slightest damage to the screen. This does not suit the Samsung brand at all.
