I'm Irfan D*****. I bought a Samsung Z Fold 4 phone around 6 months ago. Lately, I've noticed that the folding mechanism of my phone isn't fully opening. I brought my phone to the Samsung service center in Muratpasa, Antalya. They confirmed that the screen was undamaged and identified the issue as a faulty display. Even though they acknowledged the issue with the screen, they declined to provide warranty coverage for the repair, citing minor scratches on the casing. They insisted on replacing both the casing and the screen together, which would incur a cost. what's with the lack of assistance and unwillingness to address the issue properly, especially considering that they have already acknowledged the screen's fault? I need the necessary steps to be taken to address this issue and honor the warranty, would greatly appreciate it if you could give me your prompt attention and assistance.
