On June 24, 2020, I bought a Samsung UE 70 RU7100 TV from Vatan Bilgisayar. In March 2023, though, it started to show shadows and lines on the screen. I opened a ticket, and on March 7, 2023, the service team came right away. They told me that the panel was broken and would need 13,000 TL to fix it. I chose this TV because I knew the Samsung brand was reliable because I had used an older Samsung TV as a computer for 16 years and it still works. But I only had this TV for 2.5 years before it stopped working and I had to pay twice the price I paid for it to fix it. This is not good enough, especially since I bought it for 7,850 TL in 2020. I'm unhappy that the TV broke down so soon, and the solution suggested is both expensive and not very useful. It's disappointing that such a well-known brand doesn't stand behind its products, and I have no choice but to go to different authorities to fight for my rights. Because of what happened to me, I will also tell my friends not to buy anything from Samsung.
