MEXC Froze My Account and Locked 16,000 USDT Without Clear Reason

I am a fully verified KYC user from India, and I have been using my Mexc account regularly for a long time. Today, my account was suddenly frozen, and I am no longer able to log in. The explanation I received is that there are “suspected fraud funds” in my account. However, I have only ever received funds from my regular seller, with whom I have been trading for over two years without any issues. I receive funds from this same seller almost every day, and until now, there has never been any warning, investigation, or problem related to these transactions. Despite this, my account has been frozen, and I have effectively lost access to all of my funds on Mexc, which amount to around 16,000 USDT. I contacted Mexc support and was told that the freeze period is currently limited to 48 hours, but that it may be extended if a notice comes from the internal team. This answer is very worrying for me because my funds are completely locked, and I have no clear information about the exact reason, process, or timeline for resolution. I request that my Mexc account be unfrozen as soon as possible so that I can regain access to my approximately 16,000 USDT. If Mexc believes there is any specific transaction causing concern, I also request a clear and detailed explanation, but I want my lawful funds and account access to be restored without unnecessary delay.
