Metro Turizm Changed the Departure Time and Refused My Refund

On January 20, 2026, I purchased bus tickets through Metro Turizm to travel from İzmit Bus Terminal to Çorum, scheduled for 10:15 PM, for seats 28 and 29. However, when I arrived at the bus terminal, I was informed that the bus would not arrive at the scheduled time and that the departure had been changed to 11:30 PM.
Because the departure time was changed arbitrarily, I was unable to take the trip. When I requested to cancel my ticket, the cancellation was not processed. As a result, I suffered both time loss and financial loss. For this reason, I am requesting a full refund of the ticket price I paid for this trip, which I was unable to use.
