My television went in for repair, but the result didn't change. Let's see how the process will go from here. The light leaks in the lower right corner and the bottom part continue.

I purchased a Samsung 65Q60C model 65-inch QLED TV from the Media Markt store. The installation was carried out by the service on 30/01/2024. However, on 04/01/2024, while watching a movie in the dark, I noticed disturbing light leakage from the bottom of the TV. Upon reporting the issue to the service, they identified a defect and a broken panel at the bottom. I requested a replacement, but Samsung's customer service center offered a ₺3000 gift voucher for Samsung shops as a satisfaction measure, which I found unacceptable. Today, the service called to offer a free replacement of the back panel and bottom strip. However, I cannot accept a repair on a brand-new product. Shouldn't we be able to trust the Samsung brand, even after paying double the price of other TVs on the market? I trust that Samsung will address my grievance, and I'm prepared to share the entire process here if necessary. I await a response from Samsung's representatives. Note: The light leakage is only present at the bottom right and left corners, contrary to what the camera lens captures in the image. Other apparent leakages are due to camera distortion.

The customer representative called again and said that they could not provide a replacement, only a repair, and that they could offer a gift voucher worth 3,000 TL to be used on the Samsung site as a gesture of goodwill. I can't find anything to say because most of the products on the Samsung site are already extremely overpriced compared to market prices. Shame on them, I will continue to share this situation on all platforms. Unfortunately, Samsung has lost its brand quality, I am sorry.
