Since the day I purchased my Grundig GPWM 92644 MG 9 kg 1200 RPM washing machine, I have been experiencing a constant spin-cycle problem for nearly two years. Even though I use the machine under normal conditions, it does not spin the laundry properly, and this issue has now become unbearable.
During this time, I contacted the authorized service center three or four times. Service technicians visited multiple times, but no permanent solution was provided, and I was left dealing with this problem for months. I have service record numbers available and can share them if requested.
At one point, I was without the washing machine for about one month. Because the laundry was not properly spun, I had to leave wet clothes hanging inside the bathroom continuously, which made the bathroom almost unusable. Clothes that took a long time to dry developed mold and bad odors, and unfortunately, I had to throw away a significant portion of them.
This entire experience has caused me serious financial and emotional distress, and I can no longer tolerate being without a properly functioning washing machine. For all these reasons, I am requesting that Grundig resolve my complaint by replacing the washing machine, so that the problem can be permanently fixed.
