I received a Samsung EcoBubble washing machine as a gift from my children, but it has been a huge disappointment. No matter which detergent I use, the washing performance is terrible.

First, I noticed that the machine pulls water intermittently, never filling properly. For an 11 kg capacity machine, I have never seen enough water inside during a wash cycle. Now, after just one month of use, it has completely stopped taking in water.

This is unacceptable for a brand-new appliance. I will never choose Samsung again after this experience. I demand an immediate solution—either a full replacement or a proper fix. Samsung, please respond!
