I Got Repeated Drum Failure on My Samsung Washing Machine

I purchased a Samsung washing machine at the end of 2023, expecting durability and reliability. But just five months in, a factory defect appeared, and I was told the drum needed to be replaced. I refused that option and insisted on a full product replacement, which was thankfully approved.
However, shockingly, one year later, I’m dealing with the exact same issue again—the drum has failed once more. This is unacceptable for a product that’s supposed to be high quality. Even though it’s marketed as having an 11 kg capacity, we’ve been using it very lightly, never loading more than 3–5 kg at a time. There’s no misuse on our part.
Samsung, I’m clearly dealing with either a design flaw or recurring quality control issue. I don’t want another temporary fix—I want a stronger, more reliable machine as a full replacement. I’ve been more than patient through two serious failures, and I now expect a solution that truly resolves the issue, not one that delays the next breakdown.
