Samsung Eco Bubble 9kg Washer Leaks Oil Repeatedly – Warranty Ignored

I purchased a Samsung Eco Bubble 9kg washing machine with a 7-year warranty. In the 5th year, it started leaking oil during 60-degree washes. I had it repaired, but the issue returned. After a second repair, the machine broke down again just 1.5 months later. At that point, my warranty had expired, and Samsung refused to cover the problem, even though the same issue had occurred multiple times.

Oil leakage has ruined both my white and black clothes, and I’m deeply disappointed with Samsung's service. A machine should not fail this frequently, especially after repairs. Samsung, you must address this recurring defect and provide a proper solution. Stand behind your product and your repairs!
