My Samsung Eco Bubble 8 kg washing machine has been randomly shutting off during operation for about two months. The machine suddenly stops and all the lights turn off. This issue has happened around 10 times so far. Each time, I can only get it to work again by unplugging it and waiting for a long time before restarting it.
I have not contacted Samsung customer service or called a technician yet. My machine is no longer under warranty, and I no longer have the invoice. I also do not remember the store where I purchased it.
Despite all of this, I am requesting a free repair from Samsung to resolve my issue and compensate for the inconvenience caused.
