In 2020, I bought two Samsung DW60M5042FS A+ 4-Program Dishwashers. Mine works OK, but the one I bought for my mother has been nothing but trouble since the beginning, and we're sick of dealing with service calls. We've only used it around 30 times in total. The glasses and plates always come out unclean, so we have to hand wash them when they come out of the machine. The support staff continues coming and departing, claiming to have adjusted a setting, but the problem remains. We noticed "hc" on the screen two weeks ago, and the service arrived to take it away. After paying ₺3000 for the repair, we still received the same warning message during the first wash, indicating that the main board was faulty. It's clear that the machine has a manufacturing flaw, and we're tired of repeatedly sending it in for servicing and paying for repairs on a device we can't use. I've never seen a firm so uncaring, reluctant to stand by the items it sells. I will definitely not buy from Samsung again.
