I have been using my Samsung DW60M5052FS/TR dishwasher for about 2.5 years, and from the very first day, I’ve faced the same recurring problem: the machine does not wash dishes at all. Regardless of the program selected, the results are always unsatisfactory.
Over this entire period, I contacted Samsung service multiple times and also reached out to customer support. Each time, I received dismissive responses such as “Your machine washes properly, just clean the filter.” However, the issue has never been fixed, and no effective solution was offered.
Now that the warranty has expired, Samsung continues to avoid responsibility. For such an expensive appliance, it is unacceptable to encounter the same unresolved fault consistently for over two years. What’s even more frustrating is that Samsung’s service and customer support show no accountability, leaving customers with faulty products and no resolution.
I have even shared my complaint on platforms like Şikayetvar, yet I still received no proper follow-up. At this point, I am requesting a full product replacement. If Samsung fails to resolve my complaint, I will proceed with filing a case through the Consumer Arbitration Committee and also escalate my issue to CİMER.
Customers should not have to waste money on a product that never worked properly, and Samsung must finally take responsibility for this ongoing problem.
