I Face Recurring 4C and 5C Error Codes on Samsung DW60M5060FS Dishwasher
I purchased my Samsung DW60M5060FS/TR dishwasher about 7 years ago, and since the very first day, it has shown the same repeating problem: during every wash cycle, the machine displays 4C and 5C error codes.
Over the years, I have contacted Samsung authorized service many times. Each time, the technicians replaced the same part, but the new part quickly failed and the errors came back again. Even on October 3, 2020, I received a service form for this issue, and I currently have three official service reports documenting the repeated repairs.
Despite my persistence, there has never been a permanent fix. I also reached out to Samsung customer service, but they offered no real solution beyond temporary repairs. The problem persisted both during the warranty period and after it expired, which shows this is not a one-time defect but a chronic design or manufacturing fault.
At this point, I no longer accept short-term repairs. I am requesting a permanent solution, either through a complete product replacement or a long-lasting repair that finally resolves the recurring 4C and 5C error codes.
Samsung should take responsibility for this ongoing defect, as customers should not be left struggling with the same fault for years despite multiple service calls and costs.
