this Samsung 55BU8500 Series TV remote control is giving me so much trouble, can't believe it. Every time I try to switch channels or mess with the volume, it just freezes up and gets stuck. I hit this button and it changes the channel like five times in a row, if you press the volume up button once, it's gonna crank up the volume like ten times louder! It's always acting up and it's driving me nuts. I got two new remote controls from Samsung, but they still don't work right, there has to be a problem with the TV then. can you help me out with my problem real quick? Just swapping out the remote control over and over again isn't fixing the issue. I did it like a few times as I said, nothing changed. This little entertainment turns into a hassle like this.
