Samsung NU7400 TV Self-Adjusting Volume, Unresponsive Remote

Since I got it, my new Samsung NU7400 television has been giving me a lot of trouble. The screen is acting erratically on its own, making random volume adjustments, turning on and off, and switching channels. Even the power on/off button is broken. Even when the screen is turned on, it displays the message "No signal." The remote control simply blinks and does not respond to any commands. What causes this to happen? I've only heard good things about Samsung, but this is the second time I've had a problem like this. My trust in Samsung has been completely shattered. If the problem with the warranty is not resolved quickly, I will file a complaint with the consumer arbitration board. Thank you for your ongoing support.
