Samsung Remote Replaced 5 Times Under Warranty, Still Not Working
I have been experiencing a freezing issue with the remote control of my Samsung UB8500 television since the day I purchased it from Vatan Bilgisayar. So far, the remote has been replaced five times, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved. When I last spoke with Samsung customer service, I was told that even though my device is still under warranty, I no longer qualify for free remote replacements and that any further replacements would be paid. However, I believe this model has a chronic remote control issue, and paid replacements will not solve the problem.
I’ve tried resetting the remote and charging the batteries, but nothing has worked. The problem continues constantly, and I am extremely frustrated at this point.
My expectation from Samsung is either a replacement of my television or a solution involving a different model of remote control. I believe this current remote is defective, and I request that my issue be resolved.
