Samsung s03b 65" TV Malfunctioning, Stuck Buttons, Disappointing Support
About 6 and a half months back, I went all out and got this super fancy Samsung TV, thinking it would give me the ultimate viewing experience. But man, my excitement turned into a major bummer when the TV started acting all possessed and pressing buttons on the remote like it had a mind of its own. So, I called the service center, and they came by three times to fix the problem. They even swapped out the remote twice, hoping it would fix the issue. But dang, the glitch is still there, which means there's probably a bigger problem with the TV's system. so annoying when you spend a ton of money on a fancy brand like Samsung and then it starts acting up like this. That glitch is just not cool and makes the company look bad. They're supposed to have top-notch stuff. I'm getting ready to file a complaint with the Arbitration Board as a last-ditch effort to find a solution. if you're dealing with the same problem on your Samsung TV, let's team up and spread the word about it.
