Samsung 11 kg Washing Machine Drum Issue from Day One and No Help from Media Markt

I bought a Samsung 11 kg washing machine from Media Markt on June 16, 2024, and it was set up on October 18, 2024. From the very first use, the drum has been banging back and forth, producing loud noises. I’ve had the service team come to check it three times now, and each visit has provided a different explanation. One technician stated that the leveling was incorrect, another pointed to an unbalanced load, and the final technician acknowledged that it’s probably a persistent problem, recommending that I ask for a refund. I’m stuck with a washing machine that hardly works and no effective resolution from Samsung or Media Markt. I just want this problem sorted out and my money back if it can't be resolved.

Samsung does not stand behind their product at all. For an 11 kg machine, they say not to put too much laundry, not to put too little laundry, to wash cotton separately, linen separately, this separately, that separately, and to wash at the machine's recommended speed and duration. They say not to use it at high speeds. Why did we buy this machine, just for decoration? Why were the speed adjustment buttons put there if they are not going to be used? Did we buy it as a decoration? I will file a complaint with Consumer Rights. Anyone with sense should not buy Samsung.
