I purchased a Samsung 11kg washing machine on August 19, 2023. However, I didn’t start using it until six months later due to being out of town after the earthquake. Initially, the machine operated quietly, but it soon started making excessive noise.
I contacted customer service, and they informed me that the drum needed to be replaced. The machine was taken for repair, and I was told the bearings were replaced. Despite this, the noise returned shortly after. The service team visited again and claimed the seal was defective, which they replaced, but the noise persisted.
On their third visit, they stated the machine was "normal" and recommended washing fewer items—only three or four kilograms, or separating laundry like towels and curtains. This makes no sense for an 11kg capacity machine purchased based on its brand and specifications.
Despite my complaints, they refused a replacement, citing a policy allowing replacement only in the first six months and insisting on repairs afterward. The machine is still noisy, and my problem remains unresolved. I am requesting a resolution through your platform, as the current situation is unacceptable. Thank you.
