Returned the Samsung TV That Couldn't Even Stream Videos
made the regrettable decision of purchasing a Samsung TV, believing it to be of high quality. However, I have been SORELY disappointed. Despite its hefty price tag of over ₺60,000, I couldn't even stream videos from the internet on it. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, they informed me that the TV was not capable of streaming videos online. Frustrated and dissatisfied with this significant limitation, I decided to return the TV for a refund. This experience has shattered my trust in the Samsung brand. From now on, Samsung is no longer an option for me. It's incredibly disappointing to invest in what is supposed to be a top-tier product only to encounter such fundamental shortcomings. This ordeal has left me feeling disillusioned and dissatisfied with my purchase.
