Samsung Sent Me a Broken Monitor and Refused to Accept My Unboxing Video Proof





The new Samsung product I purchased was broken in the box. I also recorded the entire unboxing process on video, but despite sending this to Samsung, they did not accept it. I have evidence, but they usurped my rights. When I wanted to have this broken product repaired with my own means, I experienced Samsung technical service nonsense. They charged me ₺22,000 to repair the monitor worth ₺3,500 that I bought 3 months ago, I can buy 7 brand new ones for that price. If we cannot have these products repaired by Samsung, where will they be repaired? Is there such an exorbitant pricing policy? I have loved this brand since the first Samsung Note devices and used their products frequently. The entire image of the brand in my eyes has been ruined. I do not plan to buy anything from Samsung again, shame on me.
