Poor Image Quality on the Samsung 75CU7100 TV

Because of the poor image quality, the new 4K television model 2023 that I purchased from Samsung, the 75CU7100, has left me feeling nothing short of utterly disheartened. To my utter consternation, even my Full HD television that is nine years old outshines it, giving the impression that it is an OLED television. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts to get in touch with Samsung Turkey on multiple occasions and ask about the problem's resolution, I have not been given any options to choose from.
