Samsung 75-inch QE75Q70CATXTK TV Panel Failure

On February 4, 2024, I bought a Samsung 75-inch QE75Q70CATXTK television from the Ankara Optimum Samsung store. I suppose there is an issue with the panel. Small dents around the panel's frame occurred during installation or as a result of a manufacturing flaw. I've included a photo of the product and circled 4-5 of these dings in red. When I called Samsung customer service for an on-site check, the service team arrived. They said there was no problem. However, I went to the Samsung dealer where I bought the goods and evaluated the same model, which did not have any faults. Later, I went to the Teknosa store and verified the same brand and model on display, and there was no problem like the one shown in the photo. Following this, I contacted Samsung customer support again and requested a recheck. They came, took a video, and claimed headquarters will contact me. Today, they called and stated that the product is not defective. They indicated that no action would be taken. The TV I purchased for ₺57,000, which exceeds even the mid-range section, has apparent defects when viewed from afar. This is unacceptable. I demand that my discomfort be rectified as quickly as possible; else, I will completely pursue my legal rights, including contacting the Consumer Arbitration Board, and raising public awareness of the problems I've had with Samsung TV via social media. I request a replacement for the product and will not accept any other alternatives.
