Samsung UE50RU7105 TV Screen Issue After 4 Years and Expensive Repair Fee
I bought a Samsung TV with model number UE50RU7105UXTK four years ago, and now it has developed a screen issue. I wrote a complaint here on 20/07/2024, and Samsung contacted me, but they didn’t provide an answer as to why the issue occurred. Despite my insistence, they said the problem could be fixed for a fee of ₺13,900. Then, I found out through my own research that this is a common issue with these models, and even if the screen is replaced, the same problem tends to reoccur after two years. I advise you to think twice before buying a Samsung product.
