Samsung QLED 65Q70BA TV Has Clouding Issues and a Faulty Remote but No Support

I bought the Samsung QLED 65Q70BA TV, anticipating exceptional quality, but it has turned out to be quite disappointing. The remote control ceased functioning shortly after I began using it, and the screen exhibits significant clouding problems that detract from the overall viewing experience. When I contacted Samsung Turkey, I expected a resolution, but the support I received was quite disappointing. Rather than resolving the issue effectively, they had me endure several calls without providing any genuine solution. I anticipated a dependable product for the amount I spent, but instead, I'm left with a TV that fails to deliver on its promises. I wish I hadn't chosen Samsung and would recommend that others reconsider their decision before making a purchase. A brand of this magnitude ought to manage these concerns far more effectively.
