Noisy Drum Problem with Samsung Washer and Dryer

I bought Samsung washing and drying machines less than a year ago. Despite my preference for the Samsung brand, I contacted the service because the washing machine was making too much noise. The service claimed that there were no problems. Despite the unusual noise, the next time I called the service, they told me there was a gap between the drum and the machine and that the device was faulty. They insisted on having the drum replaced. I contended that the problem had existed from the start and that the device needed to be replaced. However, the service stated that they could not forward this request and that I would have to contact customer service. After contacting customer service and submitting a request, I was told that they would call me back. They claimed an urgent request had been created at the time, but today, during my most recent call, they stated that no such request exists. This method is not customer-focused. People are struggling to pay for these devices month after month, and I am no exception. This procedure should not be so difficult. I expected no problems from a brand like Samsung, but I was disappointed by their inadequate customer service. I'd like to have all of my calls and call records reviewed. In our day and age, when even buying bread can be difficult, I hope you will not let us down with the products we buy with confidence in your brand.
