I purchased the Samsung QN700B TV on May 21, 2023, trusting the brand’s reputation and premium product promises. But since day one, it has been nothing but a series of frustrating malfunctions. First, the original unit developed a screen issue within the first year and had to be replaced entirely. Unfortunately, the replacement unit also started showing screen problems just a month later.
When the service team came, they claimed there was no issue and refused to take action. But the problems continued. Soon after, I experienced speaker distortion, leading to a mainboard and speaker replacement. Yet again, nothing was done for the ongoing screen problems.
The TV continues to glitch—there are lags during broadcasts, delays when switching screens, and jerky motion during fast scenes. And most recently, the TV began showing a completely white screen for a few seconds before returning to normal viewing. I contacted service again, and they blamed the satellite cable or the smart mode setting, which they turned off. Still, the issue wasn’t resolved.
I’ve tried recording what I can, but I can’t capture every error 24/7. Despite multiple service calls and part replacements, the core display and performance issues remain unresolved. To make things worse, the audio problems have returned, even though the speaker was already replaced once.
