I would like to submit a complaint regarding an unfair ban I experienced on Zepeto on the night of December 15. At a friend’s invitation, I joined a live stream opened by a foreign user from the UK. During the stream, I only typed the word “Please” to make a request and repeated it 4–5 times. I did not use any profanity, insults, or inappropriate language.
Because of this repetition, the app gave me a keyboard access error and prevented me from typing for a while. I left the live stream around 1:00 AM, and when I woke up in the morning and tried to log in, I saw that my account had been banned. My account is registered under the username “𝑆* / yasmin. İstew_”**, and I am a paying user who has invested both time and money into the game. Despite not violating any rules, I am repeatedly banned without justification, and in this last incident, my account was suspended until December 21. This has caused me serious inconvenience. I am also worried that if this continues, my account may be permanently banned.
I contacted the support team and explained the situation in detail, but my appeal was rejected, and I still cannot access my account. During this process, I was also unable to clearly understand what action was considered a rule violation. I do not find it fair to be punished simply for typing “Please,” without any offensive or malicious intent.
I request that the ban on my account be lifted, that the action taken be reviewed again, and that the necessary correction be made so I can continue using my account safely without the risk of a permanent ban. In addition, as a paying user, I would like a clear and transparent explanation so that a similar situation does not happen again.
