Zepeto Avatar Billing Complaint Over Unknown Transactions
Today, I noticed that my card was charged twice through Google for the game Zepeto Avatar, totaling $18. Even though I do not actively play this game and did not approve any purchases, two consecutive charges were made to my card. My card is used only by me and no one else has access to it, so I cannot understand how or by whom these transactions were made.
As soon as I realized the situation, I contacted my bank, but I was unable to receive support because I could not reach Google directly. I have the transaction details and reference codes shown in my bank records and can provide them if needed.
I request that these two unauthorized transactions be urgently investigated and that the full amount charged to my card be refunded. I also ask that the necessary security checks be carried out regarding my account and card information to prevent similar unauthorized transactions in the future, and that I be informed in writing about the outcome.
