Zepeto Account Recovery Needed After Temporary Lock

I have been unable to log in to my Zepeto account for approximately 20 days. My username is “merybest,” and when I try to log in normally using my username and password, I receive a message saying “Your account has been temporarily locked,” and I cannot access my account in any way.
I have always logged into my account using my username and password. Since I accidentally deleted my registered email address, I am currently unable to complete any actions via email either. Even though there is no paid content or purchase history on my account, it has been locked without any explanation, which has caused me inconvenience.
I request that the temporary lock on my Zepeto account be removed and that my access to the account with the username “merybest” be restored.
