This happened on the 2nd day, I bought it brand new, he asked for a service report at Media Markt, the phone was not returned, the box was opened, I understood the problem in 2 or 3 hours, the battery was falling immediately, while I was using it, even though I bought it from Trendyol on the same day, Trendyol did not accept it, so let's say that due to a series of irresponsible things, I sold it and got rid of the defective product. The phone went to the service 2 or 3 times and was returned as perfect. In the meantime, the connected service told me to tell the service that the battery was showing a problem with my eyes on the screen via remote connection, but it did not mean anything. More than a year passed, other problems occurred with the phone and the battery was now lasting until noon. Believe me, while I was sending it to the service, after 2 minutes, my phone made a rustling sound while talking and it did not allow me to talk, I hung up and did not call again. I'm looking at another brand just for this service, but I can't give up my phone just because I need a pen. If you have the opportunity, I've been a Note user since Note Edge. My wife and son should definitely stay away from Samsung. The service requires shipping with BDH cargo. The big Samsung's in Mersin.
