Disappointing Technical Service and Product Quality Issues About Samsung Note 20 Ultra

It is a company with the worst technical service you have ever seen in our lives. Samsung may have even given its service to BDH to save money. When I bought my Note 20 Ultra phone brand new, its battery was dying before the evening. Remotely connected Samsung tested it 2 and 3 times and said that the battery is defective and send it to the service immediately. This happened on the 2nd day, I bought it brand new, he asked for a service report at Media Markt, the phone was not returned, the box was opened, I understood the problem in 2 or 3 hours, the battery was falling immediately, while I was using it, even though I bought it from Trendyol on the same day, Trendyol did not accept it, so let's say that due to a series of irresponsible things, I sold it and got rid of the defective product. The phone went to the service 2 or 3 times and was returned as perfect. In the meantime, the connected service told me to tell the service that the battery was showing a problem with my eyes on the screen via remote connection, but it did not mean anything. More than a year passed, other problems occurred with the phone and the battery was now lasting until noon. Believe me, while I was sending it to the service, after 2 minutes, my phone made a rustling sound while talking and it did not allow me to talk, I hung up and did not call again. I'm looking at another brand just for this service, but I can't give up my phone just because I need a pen. If you have the opportunity, I've been a Note user since Note Edge. My wife and son should definitely stay away from Samsung. The service requires shipping with BDH cargo. The big Samsung's in Mersin. There is no service and do not think about giving your phone to BDH. If you have an alternative, Samsung was not with you at any point during this process and it does not work, electronic heat is a chance, if that phone is a Samsung, it is absolutely correct, do not think about what came out of the box, luckily they will take care of it when there is a problem. Unfortunately, sales in the market show that they are not on the right track. When I find an alternative for the pen, I run away from this brand without even looking back.
