Samsung Authorized Service Does Not Accept The Broken Phone
The screen of my Samsung phone was broken, I registered it and sent it to the service. they continue to make excuses and refuse to accept the phone, even though it reached the service center five days ago. getting in touch with Samsung Authorized Service BDH is a real pain. On numerous occasions, I have been kept on hold for thirty minutes. For a prestigious company like Samsung, don't you think this is weird?? Their terrible customer service and slow claim processing are unacceptable. really hope that Samsung looks into this and does what they need to in order to raise the bar for customer service at their authorized service centers. For a multinational corporation like Samsung, this degree of ineptitude and carelessness towards client happiness is intolerable.
