I bought my Samsung UE58TU7000 TV two years ago after two years of service and a slew of problems. The screen went black during viewing and is no longer working. I desired that it be repaired. They quoted me a price of 14-15k, with a six-month warranty on the installed part. This is because the part could fail again after six months. After conducting a small investigation, I discovered that everyone who purchased a TV from this series experienced the same problem after two years. This TV show clearly has production issues. It's very disappointing to me that the cost of repairing this problem, which was caused by a manufacturing flaw, will be borne by us, the customers who trusted your brand. It's truly bitter for me, and I can't justify spending so much money on a new television. I even broke a 50-year family tradition of using Arçelik appliances by purchasing a Samsung TV because I trusted your brand.
