Dear Samsung family, I would like to thank each and every one of you for not being indifferent to the problem I experienced due to the malfunction of the television, for contacting me and resolving the issue as quickly as possible, and also for not causing any embarrassment to my family for choosing your brand (Samsung). Thank you all.

I bought my Samsung UE58TU7000 TV two years ago after two years of service and a slew of problems. The screen went black during viewing and is no longer working. I desired that it be repaired. They quoted me a price of 14-15k, with a six-month warranty on the installed part. This is because the part could fail again after six months. After conducting a small investigation, I discovered that everyone who purchased a TV from this series experienced the same problem after two years. This TV show clearly has production issues. It's very disappointing to me that the cost of repairing this problem, which was caused by a manufacturing flaw, will be borne by us, the customers who trusted your brand. It's truly bitter for me, and I can't justify spending so much money on a new television. I even broke a 50-year family tradition of using Arçelik appliances by purchasing a Samsung TV because I trusted your brand. My anguish, disappointment, and financial losses are indescribable at this point. Please turn my sadness, disappointment, and financial loss into joy, and support those who have placed their trust in your brand. Please replace the television, which is my elderly mother's only companion.
