Brand-New Samsung Washer Making Loud Rattling Noise From Day One

On November 6, 2025, I purchased the Samsung WW11BB534DAEAH washing machine from an authorized Samsung dealer. From the very first day, the machine began making a loud, disturbing rattling noise during every wash cycle.
I noticed the issue on November 16 and immediately contacted Samsung customer service. I was told that a technician would be sent out, but no one has shown up, and my problem still has not been resolved.
The machine has no other issues, but because of this loud noise, I’ve completely lost confidence in the product and no longer want to use it. I have the invoice details. It has only been 10 days since the purchase, and I am still within my legal right to withdraw from the sale—there are two days remaining. I am requesting a full refund. If my issue is not resolved, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
