Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a Samsung Turkey guaranteed WW10N644RPW model (Serial No: …) washing machine on 17.06.2020 through Trendyol. However, the machine has been constantly malfunctioning from day one, and the softener compartment has not worked. Despite requesting service multiple times within the warranty period, the issues have not been resolved, and no solution has been offered to me.
Due to my machine becoming inoperable, I had to pay 12,000 TL for repairs. During the repair process, almost all parts of the machine were replaced:
• Drum (Metal Drum)
• Drum Rear Section
• assy s. Housing Drawer
• main board and Inverter Card Module
• Washing Machine Heater
However, despite the replacement of so many parts, the machine malfunctioned again after only 2 weeks of operation and currently does not perform the drying function. This clearly indicates that the machine has a chronic manufacturing defect.
The recurrence of the issue despite so many repairs seriously questions the quality of Samsung's products and the reliability of their service. Being forced to pay repeatedly for the same product is against Consumer Rights and creates victimization. Moreover, it was stated during the sale that there was an 8-year warranty, but it was later understood that this was only valid for the motor, which is misleading to the consumer.
Therefore, please remember that Samsung does not prioritize customer satisfaction and should never be purchased in Turkey. We should prefer cheap domestic brands with spare parts, my friends.
