Samsung Washer Makes Extremely Loud Noise During Drying Cycle

I purchased my Samsung washing machine about a year ago through Hepsiburada. Since the day I bought it, the machine has been making an extremely loud noise during the drying cycle, as if it’s about to come loose. This issue occurs every time I use it and has been happening from almost the first day.

I called the authorized service twice, and although they came, they left without performing any repairs or taking any action. Even though my machine is still under warranty, the issue has not been resolved. I expect Samsung to inspect the machine thoroughly, identify the fault, and provide a permanent solution.
