I Bought Two Samsung Tablets but Both Drain Battery Fast and Won’t Charge Properly

I purchased two Samsung tablets, and I’ve had problems with both of them since day one. Neither device charges properly—it takes hours to reach full charge, and once they finally do, the battery drains within 30 minutes. It’s completely impractical to use them for any meaningful task.

I requested a product replacement or at the very least a full inspection and repair. I sent the tablets to service twice, but the experience has been extremely frustrating. One of the tablets was returned without any repairs or explanation, and the other had nothing more than a basic software update—which did absolutely nothing to fix the issue.

I feel completely ignored as a customer. This is not what I expect when buying from a major brand like Samsung. If this is the level of post-sales service I get, I’ll think twice before ever buying from them again. I demand that Samsung take full responsibility and provide a prompt resolution, whether that means fixing the battery issue or replacing the defective tablets. My time and money should not be wasted like this.
