I Get Random Screen Blackouts on My Samsung Tab S10 Plus—Won’t Wake with Power Button


On October 6, 2025, I purchased a Samsung SM-X210RDBRTUR tablet through N11. After the battery fully drained, the device would not turn back on, even when I plugged it in to charge. I tried different chargers and cables, but the tablet showed no lights or any kind of response. I have not yet taken the device to an authorized service center, and I have not contacted Samsung customer service either.
My tablet is still under warranty, and I have both the invoice and warranty documents. I live in Osmangazi, Bursa. I paid $159 USD for this product, and it became completely unusable in less than a month, which has caused me significant inconvenience.
I expect Samsung to either replace my tablet free of charge or issue a refund. I kindly request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
