Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE Plus Green Line Problem Not Fixed After Service Repair

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE Plus about two months ago. Roughly six weeks after purchase, the left side of the screen started showing a green tint issue, especially noticeable while drawing. At first, the problem only appeared when using the highlighter pen, but it gradually began showing up even when writing normally, and now it occurs during every use, making it very distracting.

I took the device to the Samsung Authorized Service Center in Bakırköy İncirli (Istanbul). They performed a software reinstallation and even replaced the screen, but the issue persisted. When I returned with service case number 4289251102, I was told, “We can’t fix this”, and no permanent solution was provided. When I contacted Samsung customer service, I was advised to visit another service center, but again, no effective help was offered.

The tablet is still under a 2-year warranty, and I paid ₺22,000 for it. I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting methods — factory resets (twice), using different drawing apps, switching to finger input, and even testing with another S Pen — but nothing worked. Repeated resets also risk damaging the device further.

Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, if a defect reoccurs and cannot be resolved through repair, I am entitled to a refund or replacement. Therefore, I request that Samsung provide a fault report for my case and resolve my issue promptly. If this matter is not addressed, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee to pursue my legal rights.
