I purchased my Samsung Tab S9 specifically for the DeX home screen feature. After buying the tablet, I installed a software update today, and after the update, I noticed that the DeX home screen option had been removed. I chose Samsung only because of this feature.
I contacted customer service about the issue, and I was told that this is how it will be from now on. I also attempted to revert to the previous software version, but I learned that it’s not possible. My tablet is still under warranty and is only one week old.
I expect Samsung to restore the DeX home screen feature to my device. I request that the necessary steps be taken and that my issue be resolved.
