I Get Random Screen Blackouts on My Samsung Tab S10 Plus—Won’t Wake with Power Button

I purchased the Samsung Tab S10 Plus tablet on April 19, 2025, trusting the brand's reputation and quality. Unfortunately, I’ve been facing a serious issue from the start. While using the device, the screen randomly shuts off without warning. Pressing the power button does nothing, and the tablet becomes completely unresponsive for several seconds.
After about 10 seconds, the screen finally comes back on by itself. This unexpected blackout keeps happening and makes the tablet unreliable—especially for reading, video calls, or work-related tasks. It’s frustrating to experience such instability on a brand-new premium device.
I chose Samsung because I believed in the quality behind the name. But now I feel let down and inconvenienced. This is not acceptable for a product in this price range, especially so soon after purchase.

The problem was with the case, I have no complaints about the tablet. I turned off the settings that were caused by the case's magnetic structure. The issue is resolved. Thank you for your attention.
