Salomon Shoes Ripped After 5 Months – Warranty Claim Denied Without Repair

I purchased a pair of Salomon shoes in December 2023, expecting high quality and durability. After only five months of normal use, the left shoe developed a tear on the upper part (as shown in the attached photo). Despite the shoes being under a two-year warranty, I returned them to the store on August 8, 2024, and they were sent to Boyner for inspection. However, the store denied my warranty claim, returning the shoes without any repairs or intervention. I am disappointed that Salomon, a brand known for quality, has not resolved my issue or addressed this defect. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with the product and the lack of support. I urge Salomon to honor their warranty and address this problem promptly.
