I Face Tearing Problem on Salomon Shoes After 4 Months

I purchased a pair of Salomon shoes from Boyner about six months ago. I wore them only a few times a week under normal conditions, but after about four months, the inner back part of the shoe started tearing. I took the shoes to the Boyner store twice and requested an inspection both times, but my claim was rejected, with the reason given as “user error.”
However, I took very good care of the shoes and cannot accept that such damage could occur in such a short period under normal use. I have since learned that other customers have reported the same issue, suggesting a potential product quality problem rather than misuse.
I can provide the invoice and all related documents if necessary. I am requesting a refund for the defective product and expect Boyner and Salomon to take responsibility for this issue.
