Salomon Shoes Tore in 7 Months—No Customer Support or Warranty Help

I purchased a pair of Salomon shoes on October 8, 2023, expecting durability from a premium brand. However, just seven months later, the shoes started falling apart—the front section developed visible tears and stitching failures in multiple areas. I tried contacting Salomon customer service, but they never responded to my calls. Since I had no way to reach them, I had no choice but to keep wearing the shoes, and the damage only got worse over time.
Now, the shoes—likely worth ₺8,000-₺9,000 today—are completely unusable, and I am stuck with a defective product. Salomon must take responsibility and offer a replacement or refund. Ignoring customers and refusing to honor warranties is unacceptable! I expect a resolution!
