Salomon Shoes Damaged Within a Year – Denies Replacement or Repair

I purchased a pair of Salomon shoes on October 31, 2023, and, despite using them under normal conditions, the mesh part of the shoe started to deform and tear within the first year. I returned the shoes to the store on September 23, 2024, for inspection, and Boyner sent them to Salomon for review. However, Boyner informed me that my request was denied, and they returned the shoes without any repairs or replacement. For a brand like Salomon, known for quality and durability, this has been a huge disappointment. I have sent the shoes back for a second inspection, and if they deny my request again, I plan to escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I’ll continue to update here until this issue is resolved.
