Salomon Shoes Fell Apart in 1.5 Months—Request for Exchange Denied

I purchased Salomon shoes on September 22, 2024, for ₺8000, and within just 1.5 months, the left shoe's middle tongue section came undone, as shown in the attached images. When I requested an exchange, the shoes were sent for inspection. However, I received a rejection, claiming the issue was not due to production, as stated in the attached report. This is my first time using Salomon and shopping at Arena Acity Outdoor, and I deeply regret both decisions. I trusted the brand's quality but was disappointed by their refusal to take responsibility. I will escalate this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and file complaints on every platform until this matter is resolved. Salomon, I expect a solution immediately.
